Turn your unwanted near-new items into precious fund-raising donations
In January, we’ll be hosting our first Pre-Loved Market to raise funds and we would love your support.
We need near-new clothing, accessories, home essentials, kids craft items etc. for sale on the day.
All proceeds from the sale will go directly towards benefitting Community Embrace UK’s vital projects to support vulnerable individuals and families in our community.

Our first Pre-loved market
Join us for our first Pre-Loved Market! Discover a treasure trove of near-new clothing, home essentials, kids craft items and more – all at unbeatable prices.
Time: 10am – 2pm
Place: The Pantry, Staple Tye
Cost: £1 – incl. hot drink. Stallholder – £15

10th anniversary dinner & dance
Rather than our annual fund-raising gala, this year we have decided to just bring our supporters together for our 10th Anniversary. No speeches, no raffles! Just a party to celebrate.
Time: 7pm – late
Venue: Harlow Hotel
Tickets: £40 per person (all-inclusive)

Ascot themed Garden Party
A fantastic day for the whole family with activities for the kids, prizes for the best dressed, buffet and bar. Price includes a welcome drink + hot and cold buffet.
Time: Noon – 6pm

Community Embrace UK
Community Embrace UK is a grassroots, volunteer-led, non-profit organisation, serving Harlow, and the surrounding areas, since 2015.
Through food distribution, outreach programmes and community gatherings – our aim is to support one another, promote diversity, advance cohesion, and encourage dialogue in our community.
